Department of Linguistics

1. Who can apply
The MA in Linguistics welcomes applicants holding a BA degree from recognised universities in Greece or abroad. The programme is taught primarily in Greek.

2. Selection process
Admission is based on:

• Written examinations (subjects announced in the annual call)
• Interview
• Evaluation of the candidate dossier

3.Annual call 
All deadlines, exam subjects, and required documents are published in the annual call on the Greek site. For example, the 2025–2026 call lists a specific application window and exam date.

4. How to apply

1. Read the annual call (Greek).
2. Prepare the required dossier (as specified in the call).
3. Submit electronically via NKUA eProtocol (as specified by the call/department instructions).
4. Follow announcements regarding written exams and interview.
